Bob Rupprecht is a Partner in Seawolf Brewery and an award winning Brewmaster. He is in rare company to be one of a handful of brewers to win the Maryland Governor’s Cup for excellence in craft beer brewing. Bob is well versed in all aspects of the brewing industry from recipe development to purchasing to production and packaging. He has been involved in contract brewing for several international customers as well as fledgling nanos. He has been sought out to work closely with many start up breweries, and is a well respected resource.

  It’s pretty simple, Bob Rupprecht makes great beer. Bob’s recipe for Seawolf Brewery’s 1st beer release SPECIAL HOPS IPA, has been met with stellar reviews like “Tremendous!”, “delicious, not too hoppy, with a smooth finish”. Non-IPA fans have been raving about the drinkability as well. Bob will release his recipe for Seawolf Brewery’s 3rd craft beer CAT SHOT American Craft Lager on June 22nd, 2018 in Annapolis.         

Travis is the CPA and financial strategist for Seawolf Brewery and a Member of the Board of Directors. Travis is the Owner of RAML & Associates, a CPA firm in Columbia, Maryland. He has over 18 years of practical accounting, tax, consulting, and payroll experience with large multi-nationals, real estate management, public accounting, technology firms, and government contractors. Travis’s firm services organizations throughout the Greater Washington DC Baltimore area and in many other states.



Ward serves on Seawolf Brewery's Board of Directors and it's Naval Academy Advisory Board. During his 20-year Navy career, Ward served in four different F-14 Tomcat (the jet featured in the movie “Top Gun”) squadrons, accumulating more than 2,800 flight hours in operations that included five extended aircraft carrier deployments to hostile regions around the globe. In 2005 Ward joined as the editor, responsible for all news, editorials, commentaries, and other content on the website and in e-newsletters. In 2014, he assisted two MTV executives launch We Are the Mighty, a military entertainment brand based in Hollywood. As editor-in-chief, Ward led a content team that grew WATM from a start-up to the second-biggest military affinity site in four months. In 2016, Ward was named President of Military One Click where he rapidly positioned an underperforming military spouse brand for possible acquisition. He orchestrated a complete website redesign and instituted processes for editorial and social media execution that resulted in a 1,000 percent increase in online traffic over a single quarter. He also overhauled their P&L and leaned out infrastructure (including manpower). Military One Click sold in six months. 

Ward’s writing has appeared in a wide variety of websites, newspapers, and magazines including the Huffington Post, the Virginian-Pilot, Hits, and Golf World.  His three novels about Navy pilots -- Punk's War (2001 HB, 2014 TB and e-book), Punk's Wing (2003), and Punk's Fight (2004) -- have been widely praised for their realistic portrayals of a military life.      

Patricia is a Partner in Seawolf Brewery. She is a Vice President with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services.  She advises in all facets of commercial real estate consulting with clients on real estate development, brokerage, sales and leasing. Trish is on the Board of The Maryland Tech Council and Launch Annapolis where she is active in the tech and start-up communities connecting them with resources and helping to promote the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Annapolis, the BWI corridor and Chesapeake region. She is also on the Board of both The Red Cross of Southern Maryland and The Greater Annapolis YMCA.  A 2017 graduate of Leadership Anne Arundel, she recently received The Daily Record’s Influential Marylander Award for 2017. 



Jason is a Co-Founder of Seawolf Brewery. He is a Network Systems Engineer and Team Leader for the U.S. Department of Defense. He graduated from Gallaudet University with a degree in Computer Science in 2007. Jason’s expertise is in Information Technology, Information Security, System Engineering, Project Management, Change Management, Budgeting, Acquisitions, and craft beer.  When he is not on-duty, Jason travels the United States to attend craft beer festivals and new brewery openings. He has been involved in Maryland craft beer legislation and testified before the Maryland House Economic Matters Committee on several pieces of legislation affecting Maryland’s craft beer industry and Deaf business Owners. Jason is also instrumental in the development of Seawolf Brewery’s beer products and quality control.  


Amit is a Co-Founder of Seawolf Brewery. He is an Administrator for Acquisitions and Grants at the United States Geological Survey. He graduated from Gallaudet University with a degree in Communication Studies in 2014. 

  Amit travels the United States to attend craft beer festivals and new brewery openings. He has a keen finger on the pulse of the craft beer industry nationwide. He is also instrumental in the development of Seawolf Brewery’s beer products and quality control.  Amit advocates for and assists other Entrepreneurs in the Deaf community with their start-up businesses. Seawolf Brewery is 1 of 4 Deaf owned craft beer businesses in the United States.  




Alan is the Managing Partner of Seawolf Brewery. He comes from a military family dating all the way back to the birth of our nation. His Grandfather was in the United States Navy during WWII, his Father and Brother were Officers in the USAF, and his Uncle's are Officers in the Marines and Army. Alan is a 34 year veteran of the food and beverage industry. He is the CEO of a nationwide consulting company called Restaurant & Bar Concepts Inc. Alan has opened and operated over 40 restaurants, bars, and breweries in his lengthy career. He has grown and managed profitable multi-unit restaurant groups in different U.S. markets that produced revenues of $4 million-$22 million. In 2015, Alan moved his family to Annapolis, Maryland to focus solely on Seawolf Brewery. There, he started developing the Seawolf Brewery brand and concept. Alan then went on to recruit, build, and lead the Seawolf Brewery Partnership, the Board of Directors, and the Naval Academy Advisory Board.
