Bob Rupprecht is a Partner in Seawolf Brewery and an award winning Brewmaster. He is in rare company to be one of a handful of brewers to win the Maryland Governor’s Cup for excellence in craft beer brewing. Bob is well versed in all aspects of the brewing industry from recipe development to purchasing to production and packaging. He has been involved in contract brewing for several international customers as well as fledgling nanos. He has been sought out to work closely with many start up breweries, and is a well respected resource.

Bob’s recipe for Seawolf Brewery’s 1st beer release SPECIAL HOPS IPA, has been met with stellar reviews like “Tremendous!”, “delicious, not too hoppy, with a smooth finish”. Non-IPA fans have been raving about the drinkability as well. CAT SHOT AMERICAN CRAFT LAGER is one of the biggest selling craft beers at NEXCOM stores.
Amit is a Co-Founder of Seawolf Brewery. He is an Administrator for Acquisitions and Grants at the United States Geological Survey. He graduated from Gallaudet University with a degree in Communication Studies in 2014.
Amit travels the United States to attend craft beer festivals and new brewery openings. He has a keen finger on the pulse of the craft beer industry nationwide. He is also instrumental in the development of Seawolf Brewery’s beer products and quality control. Amit advocates for and assists other Entrepreneurs in the Deaf community with their start-up businesses. Seawolf Brewery is 1 of 4 Deaf owned craft beer businesses in the United States.
Travis is the CPA and financial strategist for Seawolf Brewery and a Member of the Board of Advisors. Travis is the Owner of RAML & Associates, a CPA firm in Columbia, Maryland. He has over 18 years of practical accounting, tax, consulting, and payroll experience with large multi-nationals, real estate management, public accounting, technology firms, and government contractors. Travis’s firm services organizations throughout the Greater Washington DC Baltimore area and in many other states.
Jeff Jennings has been one of the top F&B owners/operators/consultants in the Southeast for over 30 years. He has corporate level multi-state, multi-unit experience in managing all F&B operations for numerous flags under the Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, and IHG brands. He has been involved with over 50 openings, remodels, and consultations in his career. Jeff studied Business Administration at The University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado. He currently resides in Asheville, NC, one of the biggest craft beer markets in the country. Asheville is known as “Beer City USA”.
Edward Straw is an Advisor to Seawolf Brewery. Ed is the founder and managing partner of Osprey Venture Partners. He is the retired President, Global Operations of The Estee Lauder Companies, and currently sits on the boards of Academy Securities, Boston Consulting Group Federal, Odyssey Logistics, Helius Medical Technologies, and Lenitiv Scientific. He is the Chairman of Odyssey Logistics. Mr. Straw had a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a three-star Admiral in 1996. Vice Admiral Straw culminated his military service from 1992-1996 as the Director of the Defense Logistics Agency.
Jason is a Co-Founder of Seawolf Brewery. He is a Network Systems Engineer and Team Leader for the U.S. Department of Defense. He graduated from Gallaudet University with a degree in Computer Science in 2007. Jason’s expertise is in Information Technology, Information Security, System Engineering, Project Management, Change Management, Budgeting, Acquisitions, and craft beer. When he is not on-duty, Jason travels the United States to attend craft beer festivals and new brewery openings. He has been involved in Maryland craft beer legislation and testified before the Maryland House Economic Matters Committee on several pieces of legislation affecting Maryland’s craft beer industry and Deaf business Owners. Jason is also instrumental in the development of Seawolf Brewery’s beer products and quality control.
Alan is the Managing Partner of Seawolf Brewery. He comes from a military family dating all the way back to the birth of our nation. His Grandfather was in the United States Navy during WWII, his Father and Brother were Officers in the USAF, and his Uncle's are Officers in the Marines and Army. Alan is a 34 year veteran of the food and beverage industry. He is the CEO of a nationwide consulting company called Restaurant & Bar Concepts Inc. Alan has opened and operated over 40 restaurants, bars, and breweries in his lengthy career. He has grown and managed profitable multi-unit restaurant groups in different U.S. markets that produced revenues of $4 million-$22 million. In 2015, Alan moved his family to Annapolis, Maryland to focus solely on Seawolf Brewery. There, he started developing the Seawolf Brewery brand and concept. Alan then went on to recruit, build, and lead the Seawolf Brewery Partnership, the Board of Directors, and the Naval Academy Advisory Board.
